The area where food was served was clean.

I was very disappointed by the check-in process. They lost my reservation that I had made a month prior, and it took over an hour to sort out. They ended up giving me a handicapped room without clarifying, which was not what I booked and was frustrating to deal with.

The cheerful and professional staff made my stay enjoyable. The clean room layout, with a separate sink area, was great for two people, although the tiny tub and low shower head were inconvenient.
